The property itself was built in 2024 using natural materials such as oak beams, insulation made from wood chips, felt, and clay plaster. This gives it a warm ambiance, making everyone feel instantly at home.

The sleeping area features beds with high-quality hotel mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom with a rain shower is located on the first floor, along with the bedroom. The kitchen, consisting of an island with bar stools, and the living room are located on the second floor. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with air conditioning.

Even your four-legged family member will enjoy themselves in the property, especially outside. If the weather permits, the residential tower boasts a large rooftop terrace of almost 40m2. Additionally, there is a terrace behind the property where you can seek shade or sun.
