Dear guests,

Due to the large amount of calls coming in and our limited availability, it might be difficult to reach us by phone. We would like to ask you to send your questions through e-mail. Incoming e-mails are answered and processed as quickly as possible, in order of receipt and based on importance. Please take into account that, due to the current busy situation, this could take a little longer than you are accustomed to from BHVK Leisure. We appreciate your understanding in this current situation.

BHVK Leisure keeps a close eye on the developments and follows the rules and guidelines set by the Dutch government.

Safety region Zeeland (VRZ)

The safety region Zeeland (VRZ) has decided that all types of tourist stays are not allowed as of 30 March, 12 a.m. until 10 May. This date could still be adjusted on a later point.

Do you have a reservation with an arrival date before or on 10 May 2020?

Your stay in one of our beautiful holiday homes unfortunately cannot take place and was therefore cancelled. To compensate you, we offer you a voucher with the value of the rental sum that you have already paid. In case you have already paid the deposit for your reservation, this amount will be refunded.

The voucher is valid for new reservations with an arrival until 13 months after the original arrival date of your cancelled reservation.

You can use the voucher for a new booking in any of the accommodations BHVK Leisure offers.

Do you have a reservation with an arrival date after 10 May 2020?

Currently, our general terms and conditions are applicable on these reservations.

How to use the voucher

The voucher is a credit with the value of the initial payment or rental sum you have already paid.

You can find the voucher your My BHVK Leisure account.

The voucher can only be used when making a new reservation with an arrival date until 13 months after the original arrival date of your cancelled booking.

In case your new booking is more expensive, you pay for the price difference. In case your new booking is less expensive, the price difference is not refunded.
