All of this can be found in the direct neighbourhood of Berkenpad 5, a beautiful holiday home located in the middle of the nature area of Nieuw-Haamstede. Renesse and Zierikzee can also be found in the neighbourhood and are perfect for a lovely day visit.
The house has a cosy living room with fully-equipped open kitchen and dining area. You can directly enter the terrace and garden through the sliding doors of the living room. The house is decorated stylishly and comfortably. Three bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet are present in this nature cottage.
The house is surrounded by a garden with lots of greenery and a nice terrace. Here, you can enjoy the rest while daydreaming or relax with the sound of whistling birds as background music. Are you staying in this house with your children? The garden offers plenty of space for a great soccer game or little badminton competition. Your bikes can be stalled in the cabin that is present in the garden. Two private parking spots can be found at the house as well.

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt ! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und können
das Haus weiter empfehlen. Auch die Organisation ist top und kümmert sich bei Nachfragen zu kleineren Problemen sofort!
Pro:
Helles und offenes Haus in sehr guter Lage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was es braucht.
Kontra:
Leider ist vieles bereits etwas abgenutzt und der Wartungszustand könnte besser sein. Es fehlen z.B. Abdeckungen und Schalter an Elektroinstallationen. Ein richtiger Couchtisch wäre gut.
Fazit:
Insgesamt ein schönes Haus mit Charme. Meiner persönlichen Ansicht nach ist das Objekt unter Berücksichtigung der aufgeführten Kontrapunkte 20% - 30% zu teuer.
Een heel sfeervol ingericht huisje met een super geoutilleerde keuken!
Voor een 6-persoons huisje iets te weinig gemakkelijke zitplaatsen. Goede lampen om overal lekker te kunnen lezen.
Royale eettafel waaraan behalve de maaltijd ook leuk spelletjes gedaan kunnen worden.
Gezellig om in één ruimte de zithoek, eethoek en keuken te hebben.
De badkamer (douche) is prima en doelmatig. Fijne bedden, ook het stapelbed, maar voor volwassenen is dat iets minder comfortabel.
Fijn om meegebrachte dvd’s en cd’s te kunnen afspelen.
Makkelijk om wasjes te kunnen draaien (en te drogen!) in de berging.
We komen terug!
Wunderschön gelegenes und gut gepflegtes Haus mit hervorragender Küchenausstattung. Liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert, die umlaufende Veranda macht im Sommer bestimmt viel Spaß. Uns besuchte regelmäßig ein Rehbock im Garten. Kommen gerne wieder!
