Description
Near the dunes, located on holiday park Zonnedorp, you can find the Beach villa ‘De Zeehond’. The tiny seal Moses welcomes you at the entrance!
The dunepass leads to the beautiful beach that is located only 200 meters away form the park. Also, the village of Renesse can easily be reached be foot. The adjacent nature area with its diverse environment is very popular among hikers, cyclists and water sports lovers.
This modern holiday home is stylishly decorated in beach style with seating corner, adjacent dining area and open kitchen. The colder days are also comfortable due to the cosy fireplace. The ground floor is provided with a bedroom, bathroom en suite and separate toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms, an extra bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Your stay in this house will be even more comfortable because of the upstairs bedrooms have skylights that automatically regulate the aeration. As a result, it is significantly cooler in the bedrooms in the summer.
The fully enclosed garden offers you a lot of privacy and has a large terrace with old olive trees, that can be reached directly from the house. As the garden faces south, you can enjoy the sun all day long in the roofed lounge area, on the sunchairs or at the garden table. There are two parking spots present. During your stay, you can use the facilities of Campsite Zonnedorp.
Here, you can enjoy wonderful holiday moments with your family in every season of the year!
This accommodation is not rented to adolescents (aged <25 years) and/or groups.

Location of the accommodation
Wunderschöne Unterkunft -700 m zum Strand in Renesse, ca. 1,8 km zur Innenstadt. Alles vorhanden, was für 1 Woche Urlaub notwendig ist. Ausstattung geschmackvoll, keine Sitzkissen für Aussenlounge gefunden.
Wij hebben genoten in de vakantiewoning. Deze was zeer compleet uitgerust. Kortom een prima plek om te vertoeven!
Insgesamt sehr schönes Ferienhaus in phantastischer Lage.
Im Vergleich zu anderen Parks deutlich sauberer, dennoch kleinere Ecken für den Preis besser möglich. Bettwäsche teils mit kleineren Flecken/Haaren. Auflagen für die Liegen mit vielen Stockflecken in der Kiste neben dem Haus. Dafür sind die Auflagen für die Sitzecke im Gartenhaus sehr gut!
Betten sind bequem, nicht so weich wie die üblichen Betten in anderen Parks. Dank Spanngurten wird ein Doppelbett aus den Einzelbetten.....
Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, tolle große Terrasse und sehr ruhiger Park.
Problemlose An- und Abreise, wenn man den kleinen schwarzen Zaun ohne Schild spätabends einmal als Eingang erkannt hat.
Toplocatie dicht bij zee en in een afgesloten domein. Voor herhaling vatbaar !
Een heel mooi huis, wel door al het glas kan het heel warm worden als de zon schijnt.
Tip: Airco laten plaatsen.
Als je meer dan 190 cm lang bent, is het bed in de slaapkamer beneden te kort.
Voor de rest hebben wij genoten, van het huisje en de hele mooie tuin.
Wat een fijne accommodatie op een ideale plek. Heerlijke week in Renesse gehad. De accommodatie ligt gunstig, tuin op het zuiden en genoeg privacy omdat de tuin aan de achterkant van het huis ligt.
Het huis is groot genoeg voor 6 personen en het ontbrak nergens aan.
Voor onze jongste dochter was het fijn dat ze gebruik kon maken van de speeltuin bij camping Zonnedorp.
Wij raden dit huis aan en komen zeker nog een keer terug.
