The house is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood that can be found directly behind the harbour and lake Grevelingen. Multiple shops and restaurants can be reached by foot. The North Sea beach is located less than two kilometres away and the picturesque city Zierikzee can be found at 12 kilometers.
You can directly access the garden through the sliding doors in the cosily decorated living room. Cable TV and internet are present. The open kitchen is fully equipped and is provided with a nice dining area. The four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, just as both bathrooms.
The garden has enough beautiful spots to enjoy either the sun or shadow. On the terrace, that is surrounded by grass and bushes, you can optimally enjoy your privacy. If you are looking for a tranquil spot close to the sea and beach, with lots of space and freedom, this is the ideal holiday home!

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit zentralen Wohn/Küchenbereich und mehreren getrennt gelegenen Schlafzimmern. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit großer (Patchwork-) Familie, da mehrere Eingänge und getrennte Schlafbereiche bestehen und ein gemeinsamer Mittelpunkt gegeben ist. Sehr schön ist das Schlafzimmer mit Bad en Suite, da es neuer und hochwertiger ist mit Boxspringbett. Die anderen Betten könnten aber optimiert werden. Auch die Terrassenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bieten daher leider nicht mehr ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten für 8 Personen. Die Einrichtung der Küche und der kleinen Waschküche, die als Flur das "neue" Schlafzimmer vom Wohnbereich trennt, gefiel uns aber sehr gut. Dort ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch die Grundausstattung des Ferienhauses ermöglicht ein erholsames Ferienerlebnis. Der Garten ist toll, man ist absolut für sich und hat viel Platz. Die Lage ist perfekt. Hinter dem Garten ist direkt der Deich zum Grevelinger Meer mit Holzsteg. Dort kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang mit Wein oder Picknick genießen. Um die Ecke ist der Yachthafen aber auch Tauchplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradverleih nahe gelegen. Und in ein paar Minuten ist man an der Nordsee mit schönen Sandstränden über eine tolle Rad/Wanderwegen mit Meerblick.
Heerlijk gelegen huisje, goede basisvoorzieningen, lekkere tuin. Een mooie locatie om diverse leuke uitstapjes te doen in het prachtige Zeeland.
