Welcome to holiday bungalow "House by the Sea"! A delightful cottage, situated in a quiet spot on the small bungalow park "De Horrelshoogte," on the outskirts of Ouddorp. It's wonderfully located near the Middelduinen nature reserve and just a short 15-minute walk from the beach and the cozy, authentic center of Ouddorp. Whether you're seeking tranquility or a bit of entertainment, everything is within walking or biking distance and thus easily reachable in no time. There are beautiful beach clubs, several supermarkets, hiking and biking trails, charming shops, and plenty of dining options. In Ouddorp aan Zee, there's something for everyone!
The holiday bungalow "House by the Sea" is a snug and atmospherically furnished home with a cozy open-plan living and dining area. The large windows provide an unobstructed view of the garden. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a combination oven/microwave, and a dishwasher. The bungalow has two bright and spacious bedrooms, one of which features a bunk bed. Through the master bedroom with a double bed, you will find the bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.
The garden is south-facing and offers various terraces where you can enjoy the sun. There's a large veranda attached to the house where you can relax in comfort during cooler summer evenings. Here, you'll feel like you're alone on the world because the garden is very sheltered and offers a lot of privacy.
You can park your car in the parking lot next to the bungalow.

Das Haus ist recht klein was wir nach den Fotos so nicht erwartet hatten. Ebenso das Schlafzimmer.Die Betten sind schmal und die zweite Betthälfte schlecht zugänglich .Es gibt keine Schränke sodass man aus dem Koffer lebt.Die Küchenzeile ist praktisch und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Zaun zum Nachbargrundstück ist leider nur kniehoch und somit für meinen mittelgroßen Hund kein Hindernis.Sie konnte im Garten nur mit Schleppleine unter Aufsicht laufen.
Wir haben uns gefragt warum das Haus so teuer ist.
Das Häuschen hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, es entspricht voll und ganz den dargestellten Fotos. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe gemacht, darunter befinden sich auch einige alte Einrichtungsgegenstände (z.B. Esstisch, Stühle), die aber nett hergerichtet sind und ins Gesamtbild passen. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem mit neuwertigen Matratzen und Bettzeug. Das Schlafzimmer ist allerdings so klein, dass ein Partner immer über den anderen ins Bett klettern muss, da man nicht am Bett vorbeigehen kann. Die Küche ist neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Das Bad ist sehr funktional und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
Der Garten war gut eingezäunt(für uns als Hundehalter sehr wichtig), vor allem im hinteren Bereich aber sehr ungepflegt. Es gab mehrere Sitzplätze, so dass man immer zwischen Schatten und Sonne wählen konnte. Top! Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die überdachte Terrasse und die Gartenhütte zum Abstellen unserer Fahrräder. Ebenfalls Top!
Der Park ist sehr ruhig und der Strand und die Dünen sind sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar(ca 15 min). Zur Dorfmitte braucht man zu Fuß ca 20-25 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber schneller erreichbar.
Insgesamt haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dem Häuschen verbracht.
Die Buchung über Leisure Time hat super bei unseren sehr kurzfristigen Buchung geklappt.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden.
Kann man nur empfehlen.
Gemütlicher kleiner Ferienbungalow in zentraler Lage.
Ausstattung der Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern völlig in Ordnung.
Der Aussenbereich/Garten war leider ungepflegt (hoher Rasen/keine gepflegten Beete) so war das chillen auf der Terrasse nicht ganz so schön. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter wurde uns eine Gartenpflege (Rasenmähen) zugesagt. Was leider während unseres zwei wöchigen Aufenthalts nicht erfolgt ist.
Dennoch würden wir die Anlage empfehlen und auch wieder buchen.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Ouddorp.
